Of course is safe to get a plastic surgery in other country, many people says that, in example, coming to colombia is a high security risk, but I think you should hear to lots of people who already come here, things are not as it may seem.
About the quality of plastic surgery in Colombia (I talk about Colombia because is the country I live :) ) we have LOTS of high quality surgeons with many years of experience and who have degrees on great universities in the USA, Brazil, Europe, etc. and also we have excellent medical centers with the latest in technology.
Also think that the prices in Colombia are significantly lower and many people think that if prices are lower is because the quality is lower, absolutely NOT, prices are lower because supplies are cheaper due to money exchange, economical aperture and many other factors that let the prices keep low comparing to the USA or other countries.
